Website terms of use
These terms apply to use of watrucktraining.com.au and the general information and referral support provided through the website.
Information and referral—not training or assessment
WA Truck Training provides general educational content, provider-comparison tools and optional introductions to independent training providers. It is not Transport WA, TAFE or a registered training organisation and does not itself issue licences, deliver practical training or conduct assessments.
Check information before acting
- Confirm current eligibility, forms, fees and rules with the official body or approved provider.
- Use safety information only as preparation for qualified, vehicle-specific supervision.
- Provide accurate enquiry information and do not impersonate another person.
- Do not send sensitive identity, payment or medical information unless a secure authorised process specifically requests it.
- Review a provider’s full quote, terms, vehicle, approval and cancellation policy before booking.
Your training contract is with the independent provider
A referral or link does not make the provider an employee or agent of WA Truck Training. The provider is responsible for its staff, vehicles, approval, pricing, availability, training, assessment arrangements, refunds and service.
WA Truck Training may receive a disclosed referral fee. You are free to decline a referral and contact another provider directly.
Training time, availability and assessment results vary
No statement on the website guarantees that a learner will be eligible, complete training within stated hours, receive a place or funding, pass an assessment or obtain employment. Examples and estimates must be confirmed for your circumstances.
Sources can change
Reasonable efforts are made to use current sources, but information may become incomplete or outdated. External links are provided for convenience; WA Truck Training does not control external content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design and original materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Short quotations and links may be used where permitted by law and properly attributed.
Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded
To the extent permitted by law, WA Truck Training is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website content, an external site, provider conduct or an assessment outcome. Where a guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law cannot be excluded, these terms do not exclude it.
Terms may be updated
Updated terms apply from publication on the website. The laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws govern these terms, subject to any mandatory law.
Last updated: 8 August 2026. These terms are general website conditions and are not a substitute for legal advice tailored to the business or user.
