Introduction to an independent provider where requested and suitable, with the commercial relationship disclosed.
Some matters should not come to us
- Transport WA: licence records, eligibility decisions, fees and government assessment matters
- The training provider/RTO: booking, instructor, vehicle, assessment, refund or service complaints
- Emergency services: immediate danger or emergency
- WorkSafe WA or the relevant safety regulator: reportable workplace safety matters
- Police: suspected crime or immediate public safety risk
WA Truck Training cannot alter a licence record, assessment result or provider contract.

If you request provider options, relevant enquiry details may be shared for that referral purpose. The provider then contacts you and handles its own quote and booking.
