Information and safety disclaimer
The website provides general education and referral support. It does not replace current official requirements, professional advice or supervised heavy-vehicle training.
WA Truck Training is not Transport WA, TAFE or an RTO
We do not determine licence eligibility, issue licences, deliver practical instruction, certify competence or conduct practical assessments. Those functions belong to the relevant government body, approved provider, RTO or authorised assessor.
Check the linked official source before relying
Licensing requirements, fees, approved providers, assessment methods, funded courses and service availability can change. Dates and “checked” statements show when content was reviewed; they do not guarantee that no later change has occurred.
Online instructions cannot control a real vehicle hazard
Heavy vehicles, trailers, braking systems, loads and coupling equipment can cause death or serious injury. Learning pages are conceptual preparation only.
- Use a suitable, roadworthy vehicle and authorised site.
- Follow the manufacturer, workplace and provider procedure.
- Practise only with legally appropriate and qualified supervision.
- Do not enter crush zones, work under unsupported equipment or touch hot or moving components.
- Stop when equipment condition, immobilisation, clearance or authority is uncertain.
Eligibility, hours, passing and employment are individual
Website examples, package discussions and referral support do not guarantee eligibility, a funded place, training completion within a set time, assessment success, licence endorsement or employment.
Third parties remain independent
WA Truck Training does not control an external provider’s staff, vehicles, pricing, availability, terms, training, assessment or customer service. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee the accuracy, security or availability of external content.
A disclosed referral fee may be received if a provider introduction leads to a booking or other agreed outcome.
Mandatory consumer rights remain
To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is not accepted for loss caused by relying on general website content or third-party material. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
